week 1 Dolphins Post game

After a rough going in Week 1 against the New England Patriots, the Miami Dolphins bounced back against the Baltimore Ravens in convincing fashion with a 56-10 victory.

Miami’s offense was clicking on all cylinders, led by Tua with three touchdowns through the air and one on the ground. Tua spoke after the game, “It’s nice to get the offense humming, but we still have to take care of the football. I turned the ball over twice and put our Defense in rough spots, but they had my back and got us stops after my screw-ups. That won’t always be the case, so I have to play better”.

The Defense forced Lamar to turn the ball over for a career-high in Interceptions with 7, led by Xavien Howard. Howard spoke with the locker room media after the game, “We just have to stay true to us; after that first game, we knew that wasn’t us as a group. I had two negative plays that cost us the game, which can not happen. It’s about how you respond, and I think we did today”.

The media asked Coach McDaniel if Tua’s turnovers would continue to be a problem in the future; McDaniel said, “Tua will be fine; as weeks go on, you will see him get better each week in this system.”

In Week 3, the Miami Dolphins will face off against a stacked Buffalo Bills team. With already being 0-1 in the division, look for Miami to come out strong to make a statement that South Beach is here and ready to Compete for the division title.
