3. Game Scheduling
3.1 Scheduling Requirements
3.1.1 Games must be scheduled within 12 hours after the game week advances.
3.1.2 Players should provide a 4-hour window for play time to their opponent.
- Example: “I am available between 3 pm – 7 pm EST today. What time works for you?”
- “Can you play now?” or “I’m free after 3pm EST” does not constitute a valid play time window.
3.2 Contact and Fair Sim Rules
– If your opponent does not respond within 24 hours, you may request a force win.
– If neither player contacts the other within 24 hours, the game will be considered a fair sim.
3.3 Fair/Force Sim Rule Requirements
- Players must contact their opponent at least three times with 6-hour intervals between attempts to request a force win.
- Proof of contact must be provided to an admin.
- Both players must agree on a playtime window; if not, the game will be a fair sim.
- If a player agrees to a time, they have a 20-minute grace period to appear. Failure to appear grants a force win to the waiting player.
